Connection modalities
• Banco Arbi’s electronic services may be accessed via a dedicated internet link, data connection provided by telephone operators or another internet connection option freely chosen and entirely at the customer’s risk.
• It is always recommended not to use public connections on equipment (tablets, cell phones, laptops, etc.) to access our financial services.
• Operating systems and browsers are the choice of each customer, as is the responsibility for the use of each one. We ask that you pay attention to the safety instructions.
Safety recommendations
• Use an original and updated Operating System;
• Keep your browser up to date and without storing temporary data;
• Never save passwords in your browser;
• Use antivirus software;
• Never open emails from unknown senders, never access links from unknown sources, never download programs or save unsolicited files from unknown sources;
• Avoid using internet access networks in public places, such as restaurants, parks, shopping malls, etc.;
• Do not share logins or access passwords under any circumstances;
• Always check if the URL accessed has a certificate installed, and if it is secure (browsers usually show a padlock icon in this situation);
• If you have any doubts regarding the authenticity of the service accessed, DO NOT proceed with the transaction and finalize it.
